Yoga has removed the thought of "no pain no gain".

It will not give pain to the body but it will give the benefit of doing the same.

Exercise .. It too give the benefit of doing along with pain and stress to the body in the initial stage.  After that it will give more benefit.

Yoga can make your body, mind and soul in a calm way.

But exercise can not do anything to your mind and soul,  It will strengthen and shape your body.
