TOMATO SALAD

Tomato Salad

TOMATO SALAD is always a mouth watering dish especially for the KIDS.
Ingredients .. 
Well ripened Tomatoes - 3nos.
Yellow Powder - 1/2 tspoon
Sugar - 2piches
Salt - As required
coconut grated - 2 tspoon
small onion - 4 nos.
Green Chillies - 2 nos.
Cumin - 1 pinch
sesame oil - 1 tspoon
Mustard - 1 tspoon
Urad dall - 1/2 tspoon
Curry leaves - 1 handfull.

PREPARATION:
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.  Keep a fry pan on the Gas and put some oil and put the tomatoes into it and fry it nicely. 

Grind the Coconut, Green Chillies & Onion and put the paste in to the pan, add turmeric powder, and salt and fry till the oil comes out on the side. 

Keep the paste for some more minutes, when it is cooled grind the paste duly adding the sugar. 

After that put some oil on the pan and put mustard, when it splutter put the urad dall and curry leaves and put the paste and just mix well and switch off the gas. 

A TASTY TOMATO SALAD IS READY.... .... ... ...
