which time is perfect for doing exercise?

It is a well known fact that if you do exercise in the morning it is good for health and will  give all the benefits.


Recent research shows that you can do exercise any time any day but only think that you keep in mind that your stomach should be empty.  That means if you are free by evening 6.00 means you can finish your eating by 4.00.


If you do consistency in your exercise you will definitely get the benefit of doing exercise.
