In my personal experience I found that two early things are very good for health and mind.

Wake up Early
Go to bed Early  

Because if we sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am it will give you good health and tension free mind.

The benefits are ...

1. Time for everything
    ** Exercise
    ** Meditation
    ** Enjoying the morning calmness ... which will automatically 
          comes in to your mind also....
 2. Time for Break fast
     One of the main causes of ill-health is quitting the break fast cos of NO time.  An early start will never slip this .
3. It will set routine.....  
    Once you get in to this habit of rising early,  you can set a routine and it will leads to better productivity in your work, home and as an individual you can feel proud.

The last but not the least a BRIGHTER MOOD AND LESS STRESS.
