Dhanush's family film "EDHIR NEECHAL" directed by new comer Senthil and stars Siva Karthikeyan and Priya Anand .

In this film, Dhanush wrote two songs and sung one item song.  The music director none other than "Kolaveri" famous Anirudh.

THINGS TO TAKE CARE BEFORE TAKING PERSONAL LOAN ..

  You should do a complete and detailed market survey of the various options like the interest rates they offer, the pre-payment charges they levy, terms and conditions.

2.    Interest rates are the most critical of all the costs that you pay. Therefore you should go for the cheapest option. Beware of banking terms like flat personal loan interest ratesthat appear to be cheaper but are in fact the most expensive. For example a 7% flat rate would come out to an effective cost of around 13%. Therefore its better to choose a monthly reducing balance option than a half-yearly reducing option or flat-rate option. This means lower effective cost for the same stated interest rate. Interest-free loans are sometimes too good to be true but view them with suspicion.

3.    There will also be other costs such as processing charges. You should try to negotiate on the processing fees and go for the least option available. Make sure you work out as to how much these other costs add up to. So even though the interest rate may be lower, it usually adds up to being expensive.

4.    Usually the EMIs may come out a lot more than what you can afford on a monthly basis. But keep in mind that you should know that lower tenure will reduce the loan amount and lower loan amount will reduce the tenure.

5.    Make sure that all deals and offers agreed upon are supported by relevant papers. So make sure you always ask for a letter in a banks letter-head mentioning the likes of, exact rate of interests, processing fees, pre-payment charges along with interest-schedule. Also before signing the documents, make sure you recheck all terms and conditions.

6.    Do not give any cheque, cash as processing fee to any Bank, Dsa employee. No Bank authorizes any cash or processing fee collection before the loan. They will deduct processing fee from your loan amount only.

7.    Do not sign any blank documents. Even if it takes you a few hours to fill-up the form, please do so. Do not leave anything for the executive to fill-up.
When you give documents to any associate, check his employee id or card etc.This will ensure your documents are not handed over to a broker etc.

how to get EPF PASS BOOK

Employees Provident Fund.. Generally known as PF ... a retirement benefit scheme available for the salaried class people in India.   This year the Employees Provident Fund has introduced a e-pass book facility for their members through which each member can find their balance.

What is an EPF E-passbook? .. It is an on-line version and the member can easily track and check their balance.

How to register ...

It is very easy .. You can visit this site  http://members.epfoservices.in/

click on the Register button at the bottom of the page

You will reach the registration page where you can register your mobile number which is mandatory

You will also need to enter your Date of Birth, email ID and select one of the eight documents

(PAN, Aadhar(UID),  NPR (National population Register), bank account number, voter ID card, driving license, passport ID card or ration card number) along with its unique number and your name as it is in the documents.  On entering six digit unique text characters you will have to click "GET PIN" to get a four digit authorization pin on your mobile.

Once you receive the PIN on your mobile you will have to enter the PIN on the box provided on the bottom, and click AGREE box and click submit button

Your registration will be completed and you will get a confirmation message on your mobile .  This means your registration is completed.

How to generate pass book?

·        log in to your account by selecting your documents .. entering the document no. and your mobile number that you entered on the registration page and click on the “sign in” button

·        After successful login you can see your name on right side.. wherein you can edit your personal details and also download your e-passbook

·        Select state under which your establishment is covered

·        Choose the EPFO office.. If you do not know you can use the establishment search facility to get these details.

·        After selecting enter your EPF A/c no. your name (as it is in your EPF Records)

·        Click “Get PIN” to receive PIN on your mobile and email. Do not close this page till you get the PIN on your mobile/email.

·        Enter the authorization pin on the box and click I agree button the click “get details”

·        Now you can download the PDF>

REMEMBER .. While using EPFO e-passbook facility.

1.     Use only one mobile no.  However you can edit the mobile number details subsequently.

2.     One establishment one EPF account number only.  If you wish to view details of all your EPF accounts under a single establishment then you will have to first transfer one EPF to another.

3.     You can view a total of 10 EPF accounts under different establishments.  You can view your accounts en number of times and transfer old EPF accounts to existing ones too.

4.     You cannot see inoperative and settled accounts

5.     If you have left your job before March 2012, then you will not be able to see the details online.  However you can place a request for the same on the website and it will be uploaded in a few days.

6.     For logging you need only Mobile Number, Document name & number

7.     You can use multiple ids to register by using different documents types.

The EPFO’s e-passbook facility is a welcome move which will enable employees in managing their EPF account in a better manner.  The success of this facility depends on the efficiency of the EPFO in managing the website and handling requests from the members. 

BYE BYE DRY SKIN

Removing dry skin is a continuous task.

We should be extra protective during winter to safeguard our skin.

Prevention is better than cure.

Moisture your skin more.  It is better to buy a larger size of full body moisturizer and apply it in to skin at least thrice a day.  Also try a natural moisturizer milk cream..

We feel very happy to take bath in hot water in winter.  Never use very hot water.  Always use warm water. Cos very hot water will take away the moisturizer.

Never use soap, either use shower jell or rub off the body with some coconut oil before bath which will keep the skin moisturize.

EUROPE 'S UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEM

Once upon a time, world's richest country was European countries.   Now due to slow down in the market   it is facing heavy financial crisis.  To solve this problem the country is putting pressure on the public by raising taxes and removing them from the job etc..,. 

Total 23 countries were participated against this and were conducted a bandh.  In most of the countries this bandh went smooth except Portugal and Spain.

In Spain police arrested more than 100 peoples who have participated in the bandh.

25% of the people in Spain were very much affected with this issue.  Greece 23% and France 14%, Italy 10% and Belgium 5% people were affected by unemployment problem.
