EAT EGG... WEIGHT WILL REDUCE.....

If you are weak and want to increase the weight, All the people will advise you to eat daily an egg, your weight will increase.

But latest research says if you eat egg in the morning, your body will received the high proteins which will give energy to the body and your hunger will reduce.  The in lunch you will take only less calories foods hence automatically your intake of calories will reduce.

If you continue like this the chloestral content will also reduce.  Hence simultaneously your weight will reduce automatically.
