VEGETABLE CURD SALAD



All the people love to eat salads cos salads are very good for the health.

Ingredients .. 
CUCUMBER ..  1 NO.
BIG ONION ..   1 NO.
TOMATO    ..    1 NO.
CARROT    ..    1 NO.
CORIANDER LEAVES .. AS REQUIRED
SALT .. TO TASTE
GREEN CHILLY .. 2 NOS.
CURD .. ONE BIG CUP

1. Cut the cucumber in to small pieces after removing the seed and skins

2. Remove the carrot's skin and cut the same like cucumber

3. Remove the seed and pulp of the tomato and cut like cucumber

4. Cut the onion in to fine pieces

5. remove the seeds from green chillies and cut in to small small pieces

6. dilute the curd and add the salt, and all the vegetables and season with coriander leave.  

Tasty curd vegetable salad is ready
