Middle-Aged Women Who Have One Drink A Day Appear To Have Better Overall Health In Later Life
I read one medical news book that women approaching 60 years of age who have one alcoholic drink a day,
appear to enjoy better overall health as they age than abstainers say Qi Sun from the Harvard School of Public Health and the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, and colleagues, who examined data from nearly 14,000 women taking part in the the Nurses' Health Study and report their findings online in the 6 September issue of PLoS Medicine.
But In India Women are not drinking much when comparing to men. If health is the main criteria, then why should we wait for that. Let us also start drinking and make our life healthy.
