SKIPPING . IS AN EXCERCISE

Most of the people think that skipping is a play.  But the statistics prove that this is an exercise too.  In our country most of the girls will play this skipping.  


If you do this skipping every day at least 50 counts your stamina will increase.


While doing skipping please avoid wearing tight dress and please wear shoes.


The size of the rope should be exactly meets to your height.  It should not be too short or too long.


While doing skipping please see that your tummy should be empty.
