DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOGA & EXERCISE

Yoga has removed the thought of "no pain no gain".


It will not give pain to the body but it will give the benefit of doing the same.


Exercise .. It too give the benefit of doing along with pain and stress to the body in the initial stage.  After that it will give more benefit.


Yoga can make your body, mind and soul in a calm way.


But exercise can not do anything to your mind and soul,  It will strengthen and shape your body.


Do the yoga and exercise and get the benefit

  1. The main difference between yoga and exercise is dat in yoga you gain energy at the end.. while in exercise you lose energy. Cos yoga stresses on static postures while exercises are dynamic!
